SALC are looking for volunteers to join a small virtual group that meet briefly every quarter to discuss a variety of topics. The purpose is to help SALC understand better your perspective and will help consider if the support in place is not only adequate but also to enable them to articulate the councillor/clerk experience with more clarity across the local government network.
These informal discussions can be rewarding for everyone involved as it creates an opportunity to reflect and challenge assumptions and over the past 18 months provided additional value to SALC helping them to continually review the member offer and services they provide.
